Suppose monthly basic salary is QAR 5,000, working days are 26, and normal daily hours are 8. The estimated hourly basic rate is about QAR 24.04. If the worker has 8 normal overtime hours at 1.25x, the tool estimates about QAR 240.38.
Night overtime, rest day hours, and holiday hours should be entered separately because the correct assumption may differ from ordinary overtime.
